Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Trainer/Assessor to join our team. As a key member of our training department, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality training and assessment services to clients.

  • Deliver training and assessment for the construction workgroup with a focus on short courses.
  • Adapt your training to meet the varied learning needs of each student.
  • Conduct student inductions into the course/qualification.
  • Undertake all administrative tasks using the aXcelerate Learning Management System in a timely manner, including assessment records, case notes, and attendance recording.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or its equivalent).
  • An approved First Aid Certificate.
  • The ability to complete a Working with Children Check and National Police Check.
  • Eligibility to work in Australia.
  • A current valid Driver's License.
