We are seeking a professional with expertise in technical training to lead and mentor our staff. As the ideal candidate, you will have extensive experience in planning and facilitating training sessions for apprentices and other staff members.

About You

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A proven track record in training and mentoring or a strong desire to transition into this field
  • A Light Vehicle Automotive Technician trade certificate with significant post-trade experience
  • Auto Electrical and Toyota Certifications are highly desirable
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with individual needs
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills with people at all levels
  • A high degree of organizational skill, with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent) is required, or be willing to obtain
  • A current valid driver's license is also necessary
