Job Overview:

The Customer Service Team Leader plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service to patients and caregivers across national healthcare accounts.

This leadership position involves overseeing the delivery of empathetic, professional support through accurate order processing, timely deliveries, and effective communication.

The successful candidate will lead a team in managing complex service issues, building and maintaining product knowledge, and ensuring compliance with documentation standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Deliver empathetic, professional support to patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.
  • Order Management: Oversee accurate order processing and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Issue Resolution: Manage complex service issues and complaints.
  • Product Knowledge: Build and maintain in-depth knowledge of nutrition products.
  • SAP Utilization: Utilize SAP or equivalent systems to oversee customer management and order tracking.
