Job Description

We are seeking a Healthcare Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service to our patients. This role involves managing front desk reception, greeting patients, and supporting healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients and welcome them into the Centre.
  • Collect and enter patient details into the database.
  • Schedule appointments when required.
  • Answer telephone calls and enquiries.
  • Provide administration support and other ad hoc duties.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Exceptional customer service skills with previous customer service experience an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills, including a professional and personable telephone manner.
  • Detail-orientated.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise.
  • Familiarity with Pracsoft/Medtech is an advantage.
