Customer Service Representative Job in Healthcare

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. This part-time role will involve delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

  • Key responsibilities will include:
  • - Processing and managing customer orders, including processing payments over the phone
  • - Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • - Quotes and invoicing for customers
  • - Management of returns for credit and stock management

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Required qualifications and skills include:

  • - 2 years' experience in customer-facing roles (preferred)
  • - Strong Excel skills, including working with filters and charts
  • - Experience with the NDIS portal (an advantage)
  • - Medical terminology knowledge an asset
  • - Working knowledge of Xero accounting programme (a plus)
