Customer Service Role in Healthcare Company
- Location: Redhead
- 16 hours per week permanent part time
We are looking for someone to join our team who is passionate about helping others and who recognises that their work has consequences outside our organisation and into hospitals and patients' lives. This is a part time role which requires availability 2 days per week.
You will possess the following skills and experience:
- Strong passion for delivering excellent customer service and helping others
- Previous experience working in a customer orientated environment
- Exceptionally strong problem solving skills
- A collaborative and flexible approach working as part of a team
- Accuracy and meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication, including a pleasant and confident telephone manner
- Strong Excel skills including working with filters and charts
- Experience with the NDIS portal (preferred)
- Medical terminology advantageous
- Working knowledge of the Xero accounting programme (preferred)
Key responsibilities will include:
- Processing and managing customer orders including processing over the phone payments
- Handling customer enquiries
- Quotes and invoicing
- Management of returns for credit
- Stock management
