Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced leader to spearhead our Asset Management team in delivering innovative solutions to our clients.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in asset management, with expertise in maintenance and operations, and a proven track record of delivering projects that meet or exceed client expectations.

As a leader, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of asset management projects, collaborating closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions. You will also manage customer relationships, identify new opportunities, and contribute to the growth of the asset management team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage a portfolio of asset management projects
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver customized solutions
  • Manage customer relationships to ensure needs and expectations are fully met
  • Identify new opportunities and contribute to the growth of the asset management team
  • Play a key role in reviewing, implementing, and improving asset management systems and processes
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Extensive practical experience preferably across maintenance and/or operations, and AM consulting services
  • Experience across CMMS, FMECA, RBI, RCM, RCA, FFS or similar maintenance processes/systems
  • Demonstrated track record in a consulting/project environment, securing new opportunities and extending service opportunities with new and existing customers
  • The energy and passion to challenge yourself, innovate and step outside your comfort zone to deliver above and beyond client expectations
