Backed by Vision Finance Collective, we partner with car dealerships, accountants, and other referral networks to offer competitive, flexible asset finance options.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager with proven experience in asset finance and sales to build and maintain referral partnerships. If you're confident walking into a dealership, building trust quickly, and delivering solutions that convert into long-term relationships, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

- Identify and engage prospective referral partners (car dealerships, accountants, etc.)

- Book and conduct 10+ quality meetings per week

- Build strong, trust-based relationships that convert into ongoing referrals

- Work closely with our brokers to ensure smooth deal handovers and partner satisfaction

- Maintain accurate CRM records, partner pipelines, and activity reporting

What You'll Bring

- Minimum 2 years' experience in asset finance and/or B2B sales

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Proven ability to manage and grow external stakeholder relationships

- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

- Knowledge of asset lending products and processes
