The Justice Department is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Justice Officer - Corporate Services. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing administrative support to the Corrections and Justice Services branch.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to the Corrections and Justice Services branch.
- Assist with financial, procurement, and stores services, including inventory management and fleet and asset management.
- Support the Stores and Finance team in maintaining accurate records and adhering to compliance requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including prisoners and staff.
Requirements
- Well-developed computer literacy and experience with Oracle or similar finance-related systems.
- Good knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, procedures, guidelines, and regulations.
- Experience in a similar role or industry, with a strong understanding of corporate services and administrative support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
