About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Security Professional to join our team at Court Services Victoria. As a Security Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of the public, staff, and judiciary within our court facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to the public, staff, and judiciary
- Conduct x-ray screening, use metal detectors, and search individuals for prohibited items
- Roving security patrols within and external to the building
- Conflict resolution and negotiation
- Act as a first responder to any incidents that may occur
- Manage access and control rooms
Requirements
- Certificate II or III in Security Operations
- Current Victorian security licence
- Current first aid accreditation
