A Leadership Role with a Cultural Focus

We are seeking an individual to join our Board as a Non-Executive Director, someone who brings cultural knowledge and community connection to help shape the governance and strategic direction of our organisation.

As a member of our Board, you will contribute to key decisions that affect the lives of children, families and community, shaping policy and strategy, and bringing your lived experience and cultural insights to Board discussions.

You will also participate in Board meetings and occasional strategy work, receiving support, governance training, and mentorship.

Key requirements include a strong tie to Dharug, Gundungurra or Gadigal Country, passion for seeing Aboriginal children, families and communities thrive, and a voice ready to influence real change.

As a valued member of our Board, you will be reimbursed for all reasonable expenses and have access to ongoing support.

The role requires approximately 5-10 hours per month, including Board meetings, prep, and any extra involvement.
