Our team of seasoned accounting professionals utilizes their expertise to drive innovation in financial management. We are seeking an Accounting Solutions Specialist who can empower our direct sales team by demonstrating our solutions to prospects and existing clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate accounting solutions to customers, enhancing the sales team's knowledge and improving revenue growth.
  • Liaise between sales and clients, addressing accounting-specific inquiries and issues during the sales cycle.
  • Coach sales team members on effective strategies, positioning, and objection handling to maximize sales performance.

Key Tasks:

  1. Participate in remote and on-site demonstration meetings with sales reps to answer technical and operational accounting questions.
  2. Enhance the sales team's accounting knowledge to better understand prospect needs and meet them effectively.
  3. Lead internal training sessions to improve accounting knowledge and analyze sales cycle data to identify areas for improvement.

Support Functions:

  • Coordinate with product, support, and setup teams to ensure smooth implementations and provide insights into customer experiences.
  • Communicate the cultural and intangible impacts experienced by sales reps and improve overall communication skills.
  • Assist the partnership and consulting teams in demonstrations for PE and CPA firms.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of industry accounting experience, especially in month-end close processes, with a team-oriented mindset and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
