Job Description:
    As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in empowering our direct sales force. You will be a product and accounting expert who demos our solutions to prospects and existing clients, acting as a liaison between sales and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in demonstration meetings with sales reps to answer technical and operational accounting questions.
  • Enhance the sales team's accounting knowledge to better understand and cater to prospect needs.
  • Coach sales team members on effective strategies, positioning, and objection handling.
  • Lead internal training sessions to improve accounting knowledge.
  • Use statistical analysis to identify areas of need.
  • Coordinate with product, support, and setup teams to ensure smooth implementations.
  • Communicate the cultural and intangible impacts experienced by sales reps.
  • Improve overall email etiquette and communication skills.
  • Provide insights into why current clients have purchased our solutions, sharing experiences and stories.
  • Assist in demonstrations for private equity and CPA firms.
  • Join calls with current clients to address accounting or app questions.
  • Design and develop training content to enhance sales team knowledge.
  • Understand the competitive landscape to act as a subject matter expert for sales and partnership teams.
  • Revise and organize sales collateral.
  • Increase individual sales close rates.


Requirements:
    3-5 years of industry accounting experience, with involvement across various functions of the month-end close process. Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset; comfortable in a high-velocity sales environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and committed to high-quality results. Self-motivated with initiative and follow-through; eager to improve processes. Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing demands.

Benefits:
    This is a hybrid role based in our office, requiring up to 25% travel to on-site client meetings. Experience with our solutions and/or BlackLine as a user is a plus. Experience with accounting systems implementation or usage is also beneficial.
