Accounting Transformation Consultant

This role plays a pivotal part in empowering our direct sales team by utilizing innovative accounting techniques and product expertise. As an Accounting Transformation Consultant, you will be responsible for demonstrating solutions to prospects and existing clients, serving as a liaison between sales and clients to address accounting-specific inquiries.

The primary objectives of this position include enhancing the sales team's accounting knowledge, coaching on effective strategies, and leading internal training sessions to improve accounting skills. Additionally, you will participate in remote and on-site demonstration meetings, analyze sales cycle data, and communicate the cultural impacts experienced by sales reps.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in technical and operational accounting discussions with sales reps during demonstration meetings.
  • Enhance the sales team's understanding of prospect needs through expert accounting guidance.
  • Develop training content to improve sales team's knowledge and skills.
  • Analyze sales cycle data to identify areas for improvement and optimize revenue generation.
  • Coordinate with product, support, and setup teams to ensure smooth implementations.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of industry accounting experience, especially in month-end close processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and committed to high-quality results.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing demands.
Nice-to-Haves:
  • Experience with accounting systems implementation, such as ERP or cash management software.
