We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer solutions team, you will be responsible for supporting the technology planning strategy direction and design choices within solutions used to meet the business requirements of our customers.

","

You will work closely with our Airport Solution Engineer team manager to provide technical qualification and own the technical parts of proposals submitted to customers through knowledge of current new or evolving technologies and our solution portfolios.

","

Your expertise will include designing and coordinating development of standard and complex solutions which may involve multiple parties both internally and externally including the selection of 3rd party vendors to meet customer requirements.

","

You will promote our company by furnishing customers with comprehensive up-to-date information on current products, product enhancements, and new solutions through customer meetings and workshops.

","

Additionally, you will facilitate designs to be efficiently implemented Right the First Time (RFT) and supported operationally.

","

Collaboration with colleagues is essential to gain and share ideas and opportunities.

","

Leading, mentoring, and coaching staff and organizing technical training and certification on the products and technologies supporting our solutions is also part of your role.

","

Supporting account teams or competency centers during the pre-contract phases (qualification proposal and contract) with technical designs and advice is another key responsibility.

","

Lastly, participating in the development of technical account strategies with the sales team to ensure maximum account penetration and commercial benefits for our company in the long term is crucial.
