Key Responsibilities Process daily receipts and payments with accuracy and timeliness Minimise unallocated cash and ensure correct account allocation Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts Collaborate with underwriters to resolve policy/payment discrepancies Respond to client account queries professionally and promptly Support trust bank reconciliations with our accounting team What You Bring Experience in accounts receivable and/or credit control (highly desirable) Background in insurance or financial services (advantageous) Intermediate Excel skills and strong attention to detail Proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a collaborative spirit Fast learner who thrives in a dynamic environment About 360 Underwriting Solutions Founded in 2017, 360 Underwriting Solutions is a specialist insurance agency delivering tailored solutions to brokers and their clients.
