**Learning and Development Opportunities**

We are seeking a proactive and collaborative individual to lead the transformation of our training approach across the business.

This newly created role will play a pivotal part in centralising our learning systems and streamlining L&D processes to support a consistent and effective employee experience.

The successful candidate will undertake a comprehensive **Training Needs Assessment** across regions and farms, considering operational differences and role-specific requirements. Engaging with stakeholders and subject matter experts, they'll assess current programs and identify capability gaps to develop and implement a phased, practical **Learning and Development Roadmap** aligned to our business goals.

**Key Responsibilities Include:**

  • Upgrading training materials (such as work instructions and high-risk task videos)
  • Transitioning our learning platform from iLeader to a fit-for-purpose solution
  • Creating accessible, engaging resources that support a diverse workforce — including non-English speakers and those with LLN needs

**What You Will Achieve:**

You will help us build an L&D function that supports onboarding, compliance, technical upskilling, leadership development, and a culture of continuous learning — setting us up for success now and into the future.
