A Learning and Development Coordinator position has become available to drive the transformation of our training approach across the business.
About the Role- This is a pivotal role that will play a key part in centralising our learning systems and streamlining L&D processes to support a consistent and effective employee experience.
- The ideal candidate will be proactive and collaborative, with a genuine passion for helping people grow.
- Conduct a comprehensive Training Needs Assessment across regions and farms, considering operational differences and role-specific requirements.
- Engage with stakeholders and subject matter experts to assess current programs and identify capability gaps.
- Develop and implement a phased, practical Learning and Development Roadmap aligned to our business goals.
- Enhance training materials (such as work instructions and high-risk task videos).
- Migrate our learning platform from iLeader to a fit-for-purpose solution.
- Create accessible, engaging resources that support a diverse workforce — including non-English speakers and those with LLN needs.
- An experienced Learning and Development professional with a hands-on approach and a proven track record in assessing learning needs, designing and delivering engaging training solutions, and supporting diverse learners.
- Confident working independently while also collaborating across different teams and levels of the business.
- Demonstrated success in upgrading training materials and implementing effective learning strategies.
