Facilities Administration Role

We are seeking a skilled and organized Facilities Administration Assistant to join our team. As a key member of the facilities department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Engineering and Laundry Department.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Data entry and management of the SideKick System and Service Log.
  • Creating and updating maintenance spreadsheets, audit dates, calendars to ensure the department stays on track.
  • Liaising with external contractors and vendors to maintain relationships and coordinate services.
  • Supporting the department by accurately inputting Purchase Orders and reconciling costs and expenses.

You will also have the opportunity to develop relationships with community representatives that benefit the hotel and align with our sustainability practices.
