Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Front Office Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel's front office, lead and support a small team, handle guest inquiries, manage bookings and administration, and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance.
About the Role:
- Lead and motivate staff to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance
- Perform administrative tasks, such as managing bookings, payments, and financial reports
Key Qualifications:
- Prior experience in front office or hotel operations management
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff
- Reliable, proactive, and ready to step in wherever needed
- Flexible work hours, including weekends and holidays
- A friendly and professional manner with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
