Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Front Office Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel's front office, lead and support a small team, handle guest inquiries, manage bookings and administration, and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance.

About the Role:

  • Lead and motivate staff to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as managing bookings, payments, and financial reports

Key Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in front office or hotel operations management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff
  • Reliable, proactive, and ready to step in wherever needed
  • Flexible work hours, including weekends and holidays
  • A friendly and professional manner with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
