Lake Central Cairns is looking for a Hotel Front Office Supervisor to live on-site and take the lead in delivering exceptional guest experiences right in the heart of beautiful Cairns.
About the Role: As our Front Office Supervisor, you'll be the go-to person at the front desk—organising, motivating, and supporting the team to ensure every guest feels welcome from the moment they arrive.
This is a live-on-site position, ideal for someone who loves being in the thick of the action and takes pride in making sure everything runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily front office operations with a hands-on approach
Lead and support a small team, ensuring top-notch guest service
Handle check-ins, check-outs, and guest queries with a can-do attitude
Manage bookings, payments, and basic administration
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to keep the property running like clockwork

Previous experience in front office or hotel operations
Strong leadership and communication skills
Reliable, proactive, and ready to step in wherever needed
Comfortable working flexible hours (including weekends and holidays)
A friendly and professional manner with a genuine passion for hospitality
