Lake Central Cairns is looking for a Hotel Front Office Supervisor to live on-site and take the lead in delivering exceptional guest experiences right in the heart of beautiful Cairns.

About the Role:

As our Front Office Supervisor, you'll be the go-to person at the front desk—organising, motivating, and supporting the team to ensure every guest feels welcome from the moment they arrive. This is a live-on-site position, ideal for someone who loves being in the thick of the action and takes pride in making sure everything runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily front office operations with a hands-on approach
  • Lead and support a small team, ensuring top-notch guest service
  • Handle check-ins, check-outs, and guest queries with a can-do attitude
  • Manage bookings, payments, and basic administration
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to keep the property running like clockwork
