Client Support Professional

We champion better justice for our clients. As a full-time, permanent Client Support Professional in our AbuseLaw team, you will work closely with our legal team to make a meaningful, long-lasting impact for our clients.

This role has a strong client focus with regular client contact. It is ideal for an experienced professional wanting to take more ownership of client matters or someone with strong administrative skills.

With empathy, adaptability, and initiative, you will support our clients by:

  • Assisting solicitors with day-to-day file and client management.
  • Preparing for conferences and hearings, including legal documents and correspondence.
  • Drafting briefs and documents, such as claim forms and damages schedules.
  • Coordinating medico-legal appointments, conferences, and mediations.
  • Building strong relationships with clients, colleagues, Counsel, and external stakeholders.
  • Supporting the legal team in optimizing internal systems.
What We Need From You
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in Personal Injury or Abuse Law.
  • Empathy and resilience to work with clients who may have experienced trauma.
  • Proficiency in typing, with intermediate Word & Excel skills.
  • Attention to detail in document management and collation.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • An understanding of your role as a support gateway for clients.
  • The ability to work 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 8:15 am and 5 pm.
