Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Partnership Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients in the Healthcare and Not For Profit sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic partnerships to drive initiatives that enhance employee participation in salary packaging benefits
  • Schedule, book, and conduct education sessions to engage clients and their employees
  • Execute engagement plans to facilitate education across multiple channels
  • Encourage clients to promote our brand and deliver education materials to enable employee engagement
Requirements
  • Planning & Coordination: ability to plan and monitor activities in delivery to SLA's and required timeframes
  • Resilience: applies a responsible attitude to motivating people demonstrating calmness under pressure and 'best practice attitude' to decision-making
  • Track record of achieving targets and high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a larger team, whilst also achieving results autonomously
  • Full Drivers Licence
