Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Property Director to lead our property management division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of 220 properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Management Team: Direct and motivate a team of property managers to achieve outstanding results in rent roll management, customer service, and lease administration.
  • Maintain Relationships: Foster strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders through effective communication and conflict resolution.
  • Operational Efficiency: Implement process improvements to increase productivity, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance.
  • Tenancy Compliance: Ensure all tenancies are managed in accordance with relevant legislation and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Real Estate Expertise: Possess a QLD Real Estate Certificate or License and have extensive experience in property management.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, including strategic planning, team motivation, and conflict resolution.
  • Communication: Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Show the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
