Job Title: Property Director

This strategic leadership position oversees the end-to-end property function, encompassing acquisition, management and disposal of properties.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in all aspects of property, including acquisitions, asset management, development, and divestment. They must demonstrate proven leadership skills in managing property teams and driving performance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Leading the full property lifecycle, from acquisition through to management and divestment.
  • Oversight of asset performance through leasing, financial management, and strategic planning.
  • Building and leading a collaborative property team, promoting growth and accountability.
  • Fostering key stakeholder relationships with investors, tenants, consultants, and external partners.
  • Identifying new opportunities for growth and developing innovative strategies to maximise portfolio performance.

The successful candidate will be a strong communicator with excellent negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills, able to identify growth opportunities and deliver results in a competitive market.
