**Property Network of Australia** is currently seeking a
**Residential Property Manager** to join a privately-owned and expanding property business, part of a diverse group of companies based in Newstead.

Working within a small Brisbane Fringe-based team your success in this role will hinge on your ability to manage the properties within the QLD portfolio, building and maintaining strong relationships with Tenants and Tenant Representatives across the
**Residential Property** portfolio. You will work closely with the Directors, and Property Management team to ensure the most cost-effective and efficient operation of each property.

This team pride themselves on creating a motivating and enjoyable environment for their team and providing the highest customer service levels across the board.

**Key duties & Responsibilities**:
Working closely with the Head of Property Management, your role will be to help manage a small portfolio of properties.

You will be undertaking the following activities amongst others:

- Small but growing portfolio of residential property spread across the Brisbane suburbs
- Rental arrears
- Entry and exit condition reports
- Organising maintenance
- Liaising with owners and tenants
- Lease renewals and rent increases
- Have a QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration or willing to obtain
- Australian drivers license
- Previous experience in Property Management is desirable but not essential
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to deliver first-class customer service
- Outstanding organisation and time management
- Confident in building positive professional relationships with clients
- Highly motivated and target driven.
- Great at communicating and negotiation
- Be able to easily adapt to change
