Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive guest satisfaction across all outlets, empowering our team to provide service beyond expectations.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and breaking the norm.
  • Supervise, develop, and inspire our front office team members.
  • Oversee the efficient daily operation of the front desk.
  • Greet, assist, and wow our guests.
  • Ensure on-job department training is part of the everyday to meet our high service standard.
  • Positively communicate and coordinate with all departments in the hotel.
What We're Looking For:
  • A common-sense approach to challenges.
  • Previous experience in a hotel front desk.
  • Ability to work across a 7 day, 24hr roster - full time.
  • Proficient in the use of Opera PMS.
