About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Sigma Healthcare. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and development across our territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Franchise Partners to drive engagement and business growth.
  • Manage store adherence to brand business systems and retail standards to maintain brand customer goals.
  • Develop individual Store Business Plans to drive improved sales and profit results in line with brand and Franchise Partner expectations.
  • Partner with the Local Area Marketing team to develop and implement localised marketing strategies to drive consumer awareness and increased foot traffic into stores.
Requirements
  • Well-developed financial and business acumen.
  • Proven Franchise Partner/Retail experience is essential.
  • Previous experience in a multi-site leadership role within a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communications.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills.
