The Comprehensive Learning Series offers extensive, guided learning on essential topics.
The series comprises nine modules delivered via a digital platform and eight live sessions, which will take place during dedicated office hours.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Coordinating all activities relating to the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, personal development plans, and exits.
- Researching, developing, and implementing innovative People and Culture projects.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and data, providing insights and reporting to management.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Professional work ethic and presentation.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment, including candidate management and advice provision to managers.
- Attention to detail for tasks with zero tolerance for errors.
- A self-motivated individual who can work under stress and meet deadlines.
