About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled People and Culture Specialist to join our team. As a strategic advisor, you will provide expert guidance and coaching to staff members on all people-related matters.
Key Responsibilities include developing best practices, ensuring compliance with internal processes and procedures, and delivering training programs. You will also be responsible for promoting engagement and workplace culture through events and cultural empowerment initiatives.

- A leader with a passion for developing people and driving change
- Proven experience in a similar environment is essential
- Exceptional relationship management skills, including ability to form trusted partnerships
- The capacity to adapt and respond with an "up for the challenge" attitude
- A positive, professional outlook, passionate about people development and change
- An active listener with aptitude for training and coaching
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in HR or equivalent
- 8+ years of hands-on People and Culture experience in a similar environment
- Proven organisational, prioritisation, and attention to detail skills to coordinate tasks and projects with diverse portfolios
