\This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You'll be a trusted advisor to managers and employees, helping to shape a great workplace culture while also leading exciting projects and contributing to continuous improvement.
\Your Opportunity\As our People & Culture Advisor, you'll play a key role in delivering meaningful HR initiatives and supporting our people across every stage of the employee journey.
\This is a 12 month part-time contract with flexible working arrangements, allowing you to achieve a better balance between your work and personal life.
\Key Responsibilities:

- Provide day-to-day HR support and practical advice across performance, employee relations, benefits, and compliance\
- Lead and improve onboarding and induction programs to create a positive, consistent employee experience from day one\
- Help to shape and communicate clear, accessible HR policies that support our culture\
- Support safety initiatives and drive continuous improvement in collaboration with the WHS team\
- Lead and support HR projects that positively impact our people and culture\
- Work closely with the broader P&C team to deliver initiatives that align with our goals and make a meaningful difference\
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with managers and employees to build trust and ensure open communication\
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture\
- Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address these areas\
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HR initiatives and make recommendations for change\
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements\
- Stay up-to-date with changes in employment law and best practices in human resources\
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge\
- Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive workplace culture
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
\Experience in a HR advisory or generalist role
\A solid understanding of employment law and HR best practices
\Great communication and problem-solving skills
\Relevant qualifications in Human Resources or a related field
\Ability to work independently and as part of a team
\Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
\Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
\Excellent time management and organizational skills
\Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
