Organizational Culture Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to shape our organizational culture and drive enterprise-wide engagement initiatives. This role involves leading the employee survey program, partnering with stakeholders, and supporting new listening tools.

  • Designing, delivering, and evaluating the employee survey program
  • Partnering with stakeholders to implement listening platforms and managing vendor relationships

About the Role

As an Organizational Culture Specialist, you will be responsible for creating a positive work environment that fosters engagement, innovation, and growth. You will partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance our organizational culture and drive business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct research and analysis to inform cultural development initiatives
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance organizational culture and engagement
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver training programs and other interventions to support cultural change

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in culture and engagement programs
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful cultural development initiatives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
