About the Role

This high-impact leadership position oversees and grows relationships with large healthcare organizations in Australia. The Senior Manager, Strategic Accounts will manage a team of account specialists, set the strategic direction for key accounts, and collaborate closely with top executives in healthcare enterprises.

Key Responsibilities
  • Grow Strategic Accounts: Develop, strengthen, and expand relationships with enterprise healthcare customers, ensuring we are a trusted partner across their operations.
  • Drive Growth Opportunities: Identify, influence, and deliver new business opportunities—from product expansion to partnerships.
  • Executive-Level Engagement: Partner with C-suite stakeholders to align our solutions with strategic business priorities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of four Account Managers to deliver exceptional results.
Requirements
  • At least 8 years of sales experience preferably with enterprise health customers or financial services experience with exposure to transactional banking/merchant acquiring solutions.
  • A keen interest in process improvement and optimizing processes for efficiency.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
  • Tertiary business or health-related qualification.

This role requires strong industry knowledge, commercial acumen, and the ability to influence at senior levels.
