Project Manager Role

We are seeking a seasoned and accomplished Project Manager to lead strategic business initiatives within our organization.

About the Opportunity

This role will be responsible for managing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring successful outcomes against defined objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project management plans, including project governance, scheduling, financial management, and resource allocation.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and assumptions, ensuring timely mitigation and resolution.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and scope, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels with senior leaders, project teams, and external partners.
  • Drive business case development and proposal writing to secure project funding and resources.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and support to project team members to ensure their success in delivering project outcomes.

Required skills include experience working with automated ordering and replenishment processes, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to relate to and understand business requirements across various retail streams.

What We Are Looking For
  • Proven track record of leading business initiatives, including prior involvement in supply chain transformation programs.
  • Experience working in a retail/FMCG environment or similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles and performance evaluation processes.
  • Ability to develop and present compelling business cases and proposals.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
