Vendito is seeking a skilled Senior Business Development Manager to drive business growth and development in the interior design and architecture industry.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative team, leveraging their expertise to expand the company's market presence in Brisbane, with future expansion to Sydney and Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with Architects and Designers (A&D), representing the company at industry events and networking functions.
  • Drive business growth and development, expanding the company's market presence and delivering results quickly.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, specifically within the interior design and architecture industry, with a strong understanding of mid to high-end product ranges.
  • Established network and relationships with A&D professionals, with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Able to hit the ground running and deliver results quickly, with a strategic thinker mindset to drive long-term growth.

Salary and Benefits:

  • A competitive salary package with superannuation, car allowance, and commissions, estimated to be around $120,000 - $160,000 per annum.
