About Your Role

The Strategic Growth and Partnership Development Specialist will work collaboratively with our Growth teams to achieve and exceed Driver and Operator growth and retention targets.

Key responsibilities include generating and pursuing direct leads to sign up Drivers and Operators to our network, gathering insights to refine sales methods, and building confidence in our brands.

  1. Maintain a growth focus on Drivers and Operators, driving key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
  2. Build and maintain meaningful relationships with Drivers and Operators to achieve growth and retention targets.
  3. Work cohesively with the team to ensure best practice for selling our brands.
  4. Promote our brands and build confidence in them with Drivers and Operators through effective communication and relationship-building strategies.
  5. Engage with industry events to generate meaningful engagement experiences for our Drivers and Operators.
About You
  • You have sales experience in a similar role and/or business development role, with a proven track record of engaging with audiences and customers with positive outcomes.
  • You are passionate about understanding customer needs and uncovering their most important problems to solve.
