Key Finance Partnership

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our high-performing Client Finance Team. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially focused finance professional with experience in business partnering and strong month-end and budgeting skills.

About the Role:

The Finance Business Partner will deliver timely, insightful financial support to a key client account. Working closely with operational leaders and business units, they will ensure monthly reporting, budgeting, and control processes meet high standards and align with strategic goals.

  • Monitor financial performance and ensure alignment with key contract KPIs.
  • Presentation of meaningful insights to operational and executive stakeholders.
  • Tracking initiatives and lead monthly accruals, prepayments, and P&L commentary.
  • Balancesheet reconciliation, aged item management, and financial query resolution.

Budget Planning & Analysis

  • Drive annual budgeting and periodic forecasting.
  • Partner with business streams to build bottom-up property-level cost bases.
  • Identification of risks, delivery of variance analysis, and support of decision-making.
  • Presentation of outputs to stakeholders across facilities management, procurement, etc.

Controls & Compliance

  • Maintenance of ownership of client finance-related controls.
  • Support of audit processes and liaison with internal and external auditors.
  • Upholding compliance with internal SOX control standards.

Contract Support & Projects

  • Management of client P&Ls and contribution to monthly performance reviews.
  • Support of the development of operating plans and finance initiatives.
  • Participation in ad hoc projects to enhance process and system efficiencies.

Stakeholder Relationship Management

  • Acting as a finance partner to operational stakeholders including Facilities Managers and Portfolio Managers.
  • Delivering responsive and high-quality support tailored to client needs.
About You:
  • Certified Accountant or equivalent.
  • A strong background in finance business partnering, ideally within property, facilities, or commercial service industries.
  • A proven ability to work collaboratively with non-finance stakeholders.
  • A confident communicator with strong commercial acumen.
  • Available to start immediately or at short notice.
