 About the Role

This pivotal position will focus on optimising processes and fostering a customer-centric approach to drive sustained operational success and profitability. Reporting directly to the executive team, you'll be a key contributor to our strategic vision, aligning operations with company objectives and enhancing our market presence.

 Main Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Leadership: Develop and implement the national operations strategy, focusing on efficiency, quality, and best practices.
  • Team Development: Mentor state managers to build high-performing, collaborative teams.
  • Manufacturing Excellence: Drive lean improvements and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and sustainability standards.
  • Customer-Centric Operations: Align production with client needs, building strong customer relationships.
  • Financial Management: Oversee budgets and control costs, reporting on financial outcomes.

 Requirements

  • Proven experience in senior operational roles within manufacturing.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to foster high-performing, collaborative teams.
  • A proactive, innovative mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Solid understanding of budgeting, cost control, and financial management.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing and other operational excellence practices is highly regarded.

 What We Offer

 This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary package, estimated at $150,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also have access to professional development opportunities and be part of a dynamic team that values innovation and collaboration.
