The role of Central Donor Team Lead is pivotal in delivering exceptional donor and surrogacy services.
- This position ensures the integrity and quality of donor programs through strategic leadership, operational efficiency, and exceptional service delivery.
Responsibilities include leading and mentoring the Central Donor Team to ensure operational accuracy and efficiency. The technical expert and escalation point for complex cases, complaints, and urgent operational needs will also be responsible for overseeing donor workflow, database management, and compliance with ART legislation and internal protocols.
Requirements:- Strategic leadership skills are essential for success in this role.
- A strong understanding of ART legislation and internal protocols is required.
- Ability to coordinate import/export of donor gametes is a must.
To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
