Job Opportunity

This role presents a unique chance to lead a team in delivering exceptional donor and surrogacy services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor the Central Donor Administrators to ensure operational efficiency, accuracy, and service delivery excellence.
  • Act as the technical expert and escalation point for complex cases, complaints, and urgent operational needs.
  • Oversee donor workflow, database management, and compliance with ART legislation and internal protocols.
  • Coordinate import/export of donor gametes in line with national and international standards.
  • Deliver training programs and support capability development across clinics and donor teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, policy implementation, and strategic project delivery.
  • Maintain strong stakeholder relationships with clinicians, patients, suppliers, and executive leadership.
  • Monitor performance metrics, support accreditation processes, and contribute to digital platform rollouts.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams within a healthcare or allied health environment, fostering a positive team culture aligned with organisational values, and driving change and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Strong capability in managing departmental operations, including workflow optimisation, database management, policy and procedure implementation, stakeholder engagement, and project delivery.
  • Capacity to ensure departmental compliance with regulatory requirements, internal protocols, and accreditation standards, while promoting a culture of quality and safety.
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, engaging effectively with clients, patients, clinicians, internal departments, external suppliers, and executive leadership, fostering strong collaborative relationships.
  • Proficiency in database systems, process mapping, and MS Office applications, with the ability to quickly gain advanced knowledge of relevant protocols, systems, and quality requirements.
