About the Role:

The Multicultural Engagement Specialist plays a key role in supporting engagement with multicultural communities to promote play, attendance and following of cricket in Australia.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to grow connection and affinity to Australian Cricket among multicultural fans.
  • Build strong relationships with multicultural community groups across the cricket season.
  • Contribute ideas and insights to broader marketing plans to ensure inclusive campaigns resonate with diverse communities.
  • Promote cricket events and initiatives to multicultural audiences through various channels.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3+ years' experience in marketing and communications.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications: e.g. Communications, Marketing degree.
  • Strong understanding of different cultures and communities.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of audiences.
