Multicultural Engagement Specialist

Seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support engagement with multicultural communities in Australia.
The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing and communications, social media management, content creation, and relationship building.
This role plays a key part in driving fan and community engagement through digital activities, community events, and associated projects.
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to grow connection and affinity to cricket in Australia.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, creating engaging content and monitoring pages.
- Build relationships with multicultural community groups and stakeholders.
- A minimum of 3+ years' experience in marketing and communications.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications: e.g. Communications, Marketing degree.
- Working knowledge of social media platforms and how to manage multiple accounts and pages.
