Job Overview

As a Coordinator - Fan Engagement, you will play a pivotal role in supporting engagement with multicultural communities to drive cricket participation and following in Australia. Your responsibilities will include planning and implementing digital campaigns to enhance fan and community interaction with our multicultural audience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a content strategy for SQUADs channels, creating engaging content and monitoring performance.
  • Establish a content calendar to capitalize on storytelling opportunities through owned and earned channels, promoting connection and affinity to Australian Cricket.
  • Design and implement best practice social and digital initiatives, exploring opportunities for growth and increased digital following.
  • Formulate clear guidelines for content moderation.
  • Support the delivery of Australian Cricket's Multicultural Action Plan, including initiatives aligned to digital marketing and community engagement.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of community engagement events for multicultural communities, including cultural and community events, and trophy tours to drive engagement outcomes.
  • Foster relationships with multicultural community groups throughout the cricket season.
  • Provide insights and ideas to broader marketing plans, ensuring inclusive campaigns that resonate with diverse communities.
