Ping Identity is seeking a seasoned marketing professional to join our global marketing team as an APAC Marketing Director. Based in Sydney, Australia, you will report to the Chief Marketing Officer and work closely with the APAC regional sales and channel teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute tactical marketing plans for APAC to create awareness and drive demand pipeline across the region.
  • Partner with corporate marketing resources to coordinate regional public relations activities, social media, demand generation, channel, and event marketing consistency.
  • Work with APAC sales and channel teams to identify target accounts, develop account-based marketing (ABM) programs, and drive adoption of Ping solutions.
  • Manage the local revenue pipeline and demand generation strategy.
  • Coordinate local events, including logistics and promotions.
  • Support social media efforts in the region in collaboration with corporate social media strategy.
  • Provide guidance and support for paid digital marketing programs in the region.
  • Work with local partners on joint events, lead generation campaigns, and co-branded collateral.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of marketing experience across a range of essential marketing functions.
  • Data-driven and familiar with full-funnel marketing metrics (Leads, Conversion, Pipeline, and Revenue).
  • Experience running marketing events, account-based marketing, and general promotions.
  • Innovation and creativity in enhancing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and events.
  • Some travel across APAC and to the United States.
