Nick Scali Furniture is a renowned Australian furniture retailer seeking a skilled and results-driven Furniture Sales Representative to join their team at the Macquarie Park Head Office.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a customer-centric approach. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience in sales or retail, particularly managing customer inquiries, are highly regarded.

We are looking for an individual who is self-motivated, technology-savvy, and able to work autonomously. A keen willingness to learn new tools and upskill across the digital marketing ecosystem is also essential.

This role involves liaising with inbound customer enquiries, closing furniture sales, monitoring customer reviews, and utilizing internal tools to track and resolve customer queries. The successful candidate will be able to assess and convert customer enquiries into potential purchases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with inbound customer enquiries and close furniture sales
  • Monitor customer reviews and follow up promptly for case resolution
  • Utilize internal tools & systems to track, monitor and resolve customer queries & issues
  • Assess and conversion of customers enquiries to potential purchases

Benefits:

  • A competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience
  • An attractive incentive package offering 3-4K commission per month
  • No ticketing, cleaning, showroom maintenance, and general daily tasks, just selling
  • Optional weekend work, with only End of PR and Extension week being compulsory
