**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Manager to service sites across Victoria and Tasmania. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with stakeholders and providing health and safety support.

  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders.
  • Provide expert health and safety advice and support to sites across Victoria and Tasmania.
  • Support other Victorian sites as backup to the other safety managers on an 'as required' basis.
  • Ensure critical safety risks are being effectively managed for employees and contractors.
  • Support the strategic implementation of standardized systems and practices across our sites.
  • Engage health and safety representatives and committees, ensuring worker consultation requirements are met.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with stakeholders at all levels.
