A busy Civil Construction company involved in Sub-division and Land Development projects across Melbourne looking for a Senior Safety Advisor / Safety Manager. Working across multiple sites and managing a small team this is a busy role for an experienced safety professional.

**The Role**
- Manage safety and risk mitigation across multiple sub-division sites across Melbourne
- Develop safety plans and strategies for all sites both new and existing
- Coach, mentor and support site managers and staff to adopt a safety first approach
- Manage and complete all accidents and incidents investigations
- Assist in managing safety audits
- Coach and mentor a small team

**What we are looking for**
- Relevant Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health & Safety
- This role would suit a Senior Advisor looking to step up or an experienced Safety Manager
- Previous experience working on sub-division projects or similar
- A proven track record of managing safety on construction sites
- Good communication skills and the ability to build relationships
