Health and Safety Professional

Shape the safety culture of our business by promoting the health, wellbeing, and safety of all staff and related parties across our operations.

As a key member of our team, you will assist in ensuring that our Health and Safety Policies and procedures are developed, implemented, adhered to, and comply with relevant legislation.

  • Support the delivery and implementation of the HSE management plan in all areas of the business.
  • Perform regular site inspections to improve health and safety standards onsite.
  • Review subcontractor and supplier Safe Work Method Statements and other compliance documents.
  • Monitor and report on site risks and hazards, and address non-conformances.
  • Respond to HSE incidents and investigate their root cause.

Desired skills and experience include:

  • Certificate IV OHS or higher.
  • 3-5 years' experience in a HSE role.
  • Experience in the residential construction industry is desirable.
  • Strong influencing skills and ability to develop internal networks and trust with on-site teams.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
