Temporary Receptionist Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and flexible receptionist/administrator to join our team on a temporary basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and delivering outstanding results.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to work part-time or fill gaps in their schedule. You will have the flexibility to choose which days you are available to work between Monday and Friday during standard office hours. Key Responsibilities:

As a temporary receptionist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional administrative support to our clients
  • Answering phone calls and responding to emails
  • Managing front desk operations and ensuring a professional welcome for clients and visitors
  • Performing data entry and other administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant administration experience, preferably in a customer-facing environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • A current Working with Children check, NDIS clearance, and National Police Clearance (depending on the industry)

Estimated Salary:

$25-$35 per hour, depending on experience
